Carnival of the Animals: Participation Program Registration Form

Young people aged 7 – 12 with circus, dance or gymnastics backgrounds are invited to be part of the upcoming season of Carnival of the Animals, presented by Circa and Arts Centre Melbourne.

Please complete this form to register for your child to audition. Audition registrations close Wednesday 5th July 12.00pm.

It is essential that your child is available for the audition and all rehearsal & performance times and dates, as outlined in the attached information pack.

• Audition: Sunday 9th July 2023 – 10.00am – 3.00pm
• Youth Participation program: July – September 2023
• Performance Dates: 19 – 23 September
